Serkan produced more blooms per plant than any other variety in my garden. The trade off is she tends to keep a green center. One of the first to bloom as well.

This lavender, waterlily, over 2" dahlia was introduced by A. C. Koot in 2007. The American Dahlia Society classifies this as a 7308.
